I started to take Leapfrog initially on an SOS basis on the first sign of a sore throat/sniffle and within 1-2 days, it did knock the symptoms on the head. It was great not being dragged into that downward spiral – not only having a full-blown cold and feeling rough but the aftermath where your body is having to build its defences back up. I’m now interested in taking it on a continual basis through a maintenance on/off monthly cycle.
